Chicago Bears.. Sleeper Team of the Year?

Every year a team goes from worst to first, and given the new rookie wage scale, teams are no longer held under cap burden by being millions invested in a player before he even takes a snap. With that said, there are always a team that comes out of left field, to take the NFL world by storm. This year I feel that this team could and will be the Chicago Bears. Despite boasting and impressive roster, that will be getting many key players back that were held out last year with injuries, including highly anticipated Rookie Kevin White. They have also addressed thier middle line backer position by picking up key free agent signings Danny Trevanthan and Jerrel Freeman of the Denver Broncos and Colts, improving their biggest weakness. Also Head Coach John Fox, has historically done well in his second year on a job, and his second years with both the Carolina Panthers, and Denver Broncos, by leading both teams to the Super Bowl. With 9 draft picks at his disposal second year General Manager Ryan Pace, has positioned the Bears quite well, to be able to retool this once proud franchise on a expedited mission. Look for Quarterback Jay Cutler to take another step forward under the tutelage of new offensive coordinator Dowell Loggins, as he is maturing as late bloomer, who finally looks like he can put all his immense talents on full display this fall, and make the Chicago Bears, the team everyone Slept on.
